The Big Bounce Challenge is an inflatable 5K obstacle course where the main goal is fun, not finishing times! The course is 5K in length with 10 varied inflatable obstacles throughout. In some cases the course may be less than 5K due to Health & Safety reasons and the layout of the venue.
The circuit will be a 5K track throughout the grounds with inflatable obstacles along the route. Dates and locations coming soon.
The Big Bounce Challenge is a family friendly event and is suitable for all ages from 7+. If children (under 12’s) are partaking they must be accompanied by an adult who has also purchased a ticket for the event. There must be a maximum 1 adult for every 3 children participating. Younger children are welcome in the Hype Village as spectators once supervised.
Yes there will be parking on site. Parking will be free of charge for event participants.
Your admission includes entry to the Big Bounce Challenge for your selected wave time, and a finishers pack upon completing the 5K , all participants are also welcome to hang out in our hype village after the event to grab a bite to eat and enjoy the festivities.
You should wear comfortable clothing suitable for athletic activities, runners are essential - any other footwear is prohibited on the course. We would recommend light running clothing, including a long sleeved top and good running shoes. A rain jacket is also a good idea if we have wet conditions on the day. Bear in mind that there will be foam on some obstacles!
No, the event is not timed. You can run, walk, crawl the course and there is no set time you must complete the race in. We want people of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy the experience! The event is about fun, not fitness!
Yes, we will send out a pre-event information pack via email one week before the event. This will include confirmation of your entry time, direction maps with parking and venue details.
You will receive an E-Ticket to your email once you have completed your booking - At the finish everyone gets a medal, finisher's gift and a drink.
For groups of smaller than 50+ people we ask that you make your booking via our website, for groups larger than 10 a discount will automatically be applied to your booking at checkout. Groups of 50+ or larger will need to email tickets@bigbouncechallenge.ie.
You will need to make a new booking. Please log on to our website and purchase additional tickets for the same date and time you have already booked. Bring both confirmation emails with you on the day and you'll all be able to join together.

Yes, family and friends are welcome to come along and watch you cross the finish line.
We will have a Hype Village for all spectators and participants also with seating, food & family fun.
Of course, if you feel uncomfortable with any object you can skip it and move along to the next one.
No, there is no weight limit.
Anyone over the age of 7 can take part in the Big Bounce Challenge. Under 12’s are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times while completing the course (max 3 children per 1 adult).
Your start time will be on your confirmation email that you received when purchasing your ticket. If you purchased tickets but haven't received a confirmation email please get in touch via email at Tickets@bigbouncechallenge.ie.
Yes, If you have a group of 50+ and you wish to avail, please email us on tickets@bigbouncechallenge.ie and a member of our team will be in touch to get your group booked in, a discount of 10% will be applied automatically for bookings of more than 10 people!
As only a certain number of participants can take part in each wave, we recommend pre-purchasing your ticket online prior to the in order to guarantee entry, however tickets will be available online right up until the event starts.
As agreed to when in our terms and conditions when booking, tickets are non refundable but are transferable to friends or family.
In most cases the course will be 5K in either one or two circuits. In some cases the course may be less than 5K due to Health & Safety reasons and the layout of the venue.
We do not allow dogs at our events. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.
There will be a bag drop facility available for a fee.
There will be toilets and accessible toilets however there are no showers or changing facilities.
This is a free-of-charge area with seating/tables etc to facilitate customers who might want to meet up before/after the run. The Hype Village will have food & beverage concessions, entertainment, fun & games. We invite everyone to relax with us for a while after the Big Bounce Challenge. Water will be available to purchase on site, as well as free water drinking points which you are free to use. You may bring your own reusable water bottles to use here.

SAFETY
Yes, all participants must sign a waiver. When purchasing a ticket you will tick the box to electronically sign the waiver, there will be a link to read the full terms and conditions on this.
The Big Bounce Challenge will take place rain or shine. The event will not be cancelled if it is raining. The event will be cancelled when the weather at the venue is perceived to be a danger to the public due to very high winds, we will be in touch with all bookers by email if this is the case, please check your email before travelling to the event.
Yes a full medical facility with approved and experienced medical staff will be in attendance.
